What are the benefits of a fitting at The Kingdom?

  • The Kingdom at The Grove will offer Golf’s Ultimate Fitting Experience. The Kingdom Master Fitters expertise, insight and attention to detail shape every stage of the experience to help golfers unlock performance with clarity and confidence. Utilising technologies from Trackman, Foresight, GEARS, and Quintic, alongside the entire range of TaylorMade products for players to test The Kingdom at The Grove will offer the most immersive TaylorMade fitting experience

 

Is the fitting experience suitable for all golfers?

  • Yes, golfers of all abilities will benefit from getting custom fit for their clubs. We encourage all golfers to be custom fit, regardless of ability or age

 

What type of fittings are available?

  • There are three types of fittings available: Full Bag Fitting, Single Category Fitting (Woods, Irons or Wedges) and Single Club Fittings (Putter only)

 

What are the timings of the fittings?

  • All fittings for any category either commence at 0900 in the morning or 1330 in the afternoon. A full bag fitting lasts approximately 2.5 hours, single category lasts approximately 1.5 hours, and single club lasts approximately 1 hour

 

When is The Kingdom at The Grove open?

  • The Kingdom at The Grove is open 0900-1730 Tuesday to Saturday from May 2026

What do I need to bring with me and is there a dress code?

  • Please bring your current golf clubs, golf shoes, golf glove, and please wear appropriate golf clothing, something you are comfortable swinging in. There is no formal dress code at The Grove

 

Where do I go when I arrive?

  • Please follow signs and proceed to Valet Parking for Golf and The Kingdom. A member of The Grove team will greet you and park your car. If you are staying at The Grove a member of the concierge team will be able to take you to Golf Reception

 

When do I need to arrive for my fitting?

  • We recommend arriving at The Grove 30 minutes before your appointment to allow time for valet parking and check in at Golf Reception. There will be time allowed within your appointment for you to warm up, if you arrive earlier The Grove team will be able to guide you on the facilities available. A member of The Kingdom team will collect you from Golf Reception 15 minutes prior to your fitting

 

How many guests can I bring with me to my fitting and do junior golfers need to be accompanied by an adult?

  • To keep your experience as personal as possible, we allow two spectators to accompany you. Junior golfers under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by an adult

 

Is the fitting fee applied towards the purchase of equipment or merchandise?

  • The fitting fee is the cost of The Kingdom fitting service and is not applied to cover the cost of any further purchases made at The Kingdom

 

How can I purchase my clubs at The Kingdom at The Grove?

  • If you wish to purchase TaylorMade clubs after your fitting session you may do so on-site at The Kingdom. You will receive your spec after your fitting and if you wish to purchase them or additional clubs at a later date you can contact The Kingdom to make your purchase. Please note we are a cashless facility and do not accept cash as a form of payment


Do you offer vouchers or discounts for purchasing products?

  • We currently don’t offer any vouchers or discounts towards any purchases made on-site at The Kingdom

 

What clubs can be built on site at The Kingdom at The Grove?

  • The workshop at The Kingdom will have the ability to build woods and wedges only


Will my clubs be built on the day, and if not, will they be delivered to me?

  • Yes, subject to availability of material and stock of product and the availability of the technician’s time, we will use reasonable endeavours to build your clubs at The Kingdom after you have purchased them. Our technicians will use the on-site workshop so that the customised clubs are available for you to take away from the session. Where this cannot be done the clubs will be built and delivered to you on a priority delivery

 

What merchandise is available to purchase on-site?

  • Exclusive Sun Day Red apparel and The Kingdom Merchandise such as headcovers, golf balls, caps, water bottles, ball markers, and more are available for purchase on-site

 

I don’t have an experience booked at The Kingdom, can I purchase The Kingdom merchandise from the store?

  • Unfortunately not, our exclusive The Kingdom merchandise available on-site at our store is reserved only for guests who have booked an appointment as a memento of their experience

 

What food and beverage options do you offer?

  • Complimentary drinks and snacks will be on offer during your appointment. The Grove has more extensive options available should you wish a meal pre or post appointment

 

Can I make a booking via phone?

  • At present, bookings for fittings can only be made online via the TaylorMade Golf website, if you have issues please contact KingdomGrove@taylormadegolf.com However, should you wish to book a fitting experience package with The Grove including a room or golf you can call their reservations team on +44 (0) 1923 294266


I lost my confirmation email, how can I check my booking details?

  • Please log on to your account on the booking portal on the TaylorMade website, if you have lost these details please contact KingdomGrove@taylormadegolf.com with the name and email address you used to make the booking


What is the cancellation policy?

  • You can cancel anytime up to 72 hours before your appointment for a full refund, any cancellations within 72 hours will be charged the full amount
